About the Role:
As our Offer Management Strategic Growth Analyst you will support Offer Managers who own a portfolio of offers to increase AppD's market share, capabilities, and footprint across various markets including Public Sector, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Security, and Infrastructure. You’ll bring your expertise in business process engineering, optimization and documentation of people, data, and system workflows to assess and improve existing processes by which our Offer Managers bring new offers to market.
Our Strategic Growth Analyst will continuously collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to examine the profitability and efficacy of existing offers across our Offer Portfolio. You’ll handle tradeoff decisions and prioritization recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience and drive our total offer portfolio revenue growth.
This role sits within our Innovation Labs, partnering closely with offer management, research & design, data science, and sales operations teams. This role will focus on the offer development and innovation process, but will partner with key stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.
As an Offer Management Strategic Growth Analyst on the Innovation Labs team you will:
Demonstrate an obsession with superior analysis.
Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to assist in the creation of an offer lifecycle that support overall business strategies and propose improvements that help accelerate offers to market.
Work as a member of an offer pod to manage the performance of in-market offers.
Examine data and KPIs to uncover areas of focus to either invest in or to improve upon.
Cross-collaborate with stakeholders to understand the customer, business and market needs and ensure alignment of portfolio prioritization.
Create connections with new vendors and data-sources to build out new and more holistic offer performance reporting.

You develop market assessments driven by comprehensive research. You partner with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current offer performance and areas of opportunity. You continuously assess offer data and trends to strengthen our offers’ market positions and to improve our portfolio’s overall performance.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- A Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of applicable business analysis, business operations or consulting experience is required
- Experience building new research standards and processes to be adopted company-wide is preferred.
- Experience with Tableau data visualization preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for collaborating with stakeholders across verticals with unique requirements.
- Must be able to collaborate with stakeholders to uncover and test key business needs.
- Management experience preferred but not required.
