About the Role
AppDynamics Professional Services is actively looking for a Enterprise Solutions Manager to support our largest and most strategic customers. The Enterprise Solutions Manager will develop deep understanding of the AppDynamics solution through product training, and act as both a technical advisor, sales specialist and enablement specialist supporting some of AppDynamics' highest profile customers. The Enterprise Solution Manager will sell AppDynamics Professional Services Offerings for a defined territory and against business targets.
The Enterprise Solutions Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities. This is a great position to enhance your customer facing skills while leveraging your technical expertise to solve real life business problems for Fortune 500 companies. Other responsibilities include:
Build relationships with Customers, Account Managers and Regional Sales Leaders and partner with the customer and sales teams and act as best trusted partner
Build deep technical expertise on the AppD product and the application stacks and use those skills to address customer business challenges as needed
Function as a front-line Professional Services Sales resource for "best practice" and informal customer questions for key accounts
Design and develop Professional Services offerings to integrate AppDynamics in customer's environment and make it a part of their business strategy and operations
Manage the SOW/RFP process handling customers objections and explaining AppDynamics solutions in prep meetings, requirements workshops, and discovery sessions
Identifying risks, resource allocations, and schedules for project success and customer value realisation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the delivery process securing key references at all levels
Work with a Contract and Project Management Offices to adhere to best practices and business guidelines
Support customers executing projects on time and on budget while maintain margins and managing resources effectively to product high quality work
Meet/exceeded bookings, revenue and utilisation targets
