About You
  • Ideally 5 years of work experience in Sales Compensation
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com and technically savvy for other data systems including compensation system
  • Strong process development and writing experience
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration and design of high performance sale team compensation plans
  • Experience with Xactly (plus)
  • Must be highly motivated
  • Quick thinker and learner
  • Organized, detailed oriented and methodical
  • Ability to grow and think outside the box
  • Willingness to jump in and assist in other projects

About the Role 

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will support the strategy, operational needs, analysis, and administration of compensation plans for a high performance customer facing organization. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, is experienced in developing and writing business process documents, and is equally strong at driving execution around multiple compensation plans. 

This role helps to design, administer and drive key processes that facilitate financial forecasting, compensation and goal reporting, compensation payouts, and strategic planning activities specific to compensation plans and the integration of new initiatives into key reporting processes or compensation plans across multiple Sales organizations. The Sales Commissions Analyst will be a key member of the Sales Planning & Strategy/Compensation team. Some of your primary responsibilities include:
  • Prepare, calculate, and send out monthly individual commission statements
  • Work on Xactly implementation including UAT
  • Review case issues in Salesforce and resolve inquiries
  • Rollout of all compensation plans, and new sales processes tied to the measurement of the plan and goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation or sales team metrics (Salesforce.com, and other related compensation system).
  • Develop written process documents needed to effectively manage all compensation-related processes.
