Overview

The AppDynamics Sales Development Representative (SDR) is based in Dallas, TX and is the premier entry-level program into our sales organization.The SDRs are the premier entry-level program into our sales organization. The role is focused on accelerated development of high potential, early career talent. The difference between the AppDynamics SDR and other sales programs is that AppDynamics is exclusively merit-based and there’s no time limitations before a promotion. 

 

The day-to-day will include 

  • Engage with top enterprise and commercial accounts in North America and globally  

  • Manage inbound leads from prospects and customers to open new routes to revenue

  • Weekly and quarterly sales training and enablement  

  • Partner with marketing to qualify & convert leads into opportunities

  • Collaborate with our Partner (Channel) organization to qualify opportunities 

  • Handle Online Chats

Overall, you will drive to specific outcomes - lead qualification and follow-up, opportunity qualification and development, pipeline alignment to the needs of the sales organization.
