Who You’ll Work With

Residing in the Workforce Experience team, this role will blur organizational boundaries and break down silos to drive business alignment and cohesion in our approaches and practices. Every day and every interaction will be unique, but you will likely engage with a diverse representation of; scrum masters, program managers, engineers, design, product owners and product management.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, an analytical mind, and be able to lead a team of business experts and take on hands-on responsibilities to manage critical initiatives themselves.

What You'll Do

  • Lead consultative & embedded coaching engagements for cross-functional teams across CX, including within CPXE
  • Facilitate & participate in cross-business enablement to increase organizational agility
  • Guide teams and individuals toward Agility through mentorship and feedback. Providing hands-on support across all levels of the organization to further enhance understanding and adoption of the Agile mindset
  • Champion a collaborative environment rooted in Agile values of trust, innovation, and equality
  • Embrace, coach, and evangelize Agile values and principles across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement within your span of engagement
  • Support the operationalization of metrics that determine how we deliver value, with specific goals to decrease time to market, increase customer happiness and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences to our customers

Who You Are

  • 10 years performing various agile roles at the enterprise level; with at least 3 years as an agile coach, preferably in technology and/ or product development organizations
  • Expertise in lean methods and design thinking, and a desire to stay on top of industry trends, emerging practices and technologies
  • Experience coaching and delivering with product development lifecycles, TDD, CI/CD
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed organizations
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes, with an ability to adapt as needed
  • Certifications such as ICP-ACC, CSM-CSP or equivalent experience
