What You'll Do

Service Provider group (SP) is responsible for Cisco business with Service provider customers. In GSP, we help the Service Providers grow their network and revenues from voice, video and data services, transform their networks and craft their vision for the future.

The Service Focused Account Manager is the key contact for our customers: we are looking for a forward-thinking and proven individual who will own and nurture the relationships, building and carrying out the service sales strategy and the global led services for Rakuten Mobile.

Your success will reflect in sales achievements, long term customer relationships and satisfaction.

Own and develop the Account Management Business Plan

  • Orchestrate cross-functiona Cisco team members to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Work closely with the teams, to drive the strategy and delivery of new services and solutions.
  • Plan and complete the service sales strategy in order to meet the agreed milestones and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new service business opportunities
  • Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Who You Are

  • You bring 5 to 10 years of sales experience in Sales role, especially at Mobile domain.
  • You are good at communication skill in English
  • Your spare no effort for customers and our team.
  • Has expertise in building creative and pioneering service models to solve the underlying sophisticated problems of customer.
  • Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets – including frequent usage of SFDC for weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting.
  • Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer.
  • Business level English writing and speaking.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in Selling to Telcos / Service providers
  • Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships up to CxO level.
  • Ability to match customer needs with innovative technology solutions and partners to deliver them.
  • Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are helpful to our customers, partners and the company overall.
  • Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.
