You will be joining a Sales Team within Cisco WA's Commercial segment which represents an excellent growth opportunity. We aim for consistent growth, while building exceptional opportunities for our Customers, Partners and People.
About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for leading, developing and executing sales in a Territory of accounts. Some of these accounts will be in close alliance with named virtual seller(s) in the Midsize tier. You will be responsible for building and ensuring there is a balanced pipeline, execute territory development in association with system engineers, services, product specialists, marketing, channel, distribution, Cisco capital, etc. Success metrics of the role include quota attainment, double digit growth, market share in territory, number of active customers, building close relationships with customers and partners, whilst having a challenger mindset.
Activities include but not limited to:
Leading territory planning and setting territory priorities, focusing on the highest impact opportunities (white space and account based) and partners that can drive demand for territory; expanding and closing selected opportunities.
Teaming with VSAMs, partners, extended teams to execute and monitor success of territory sales plan
Over 80% of time spent on customer and partner facing activities, educating, qualifying, and being prepared to disrupt where necessary challenging the status quo
Using business intelligence - whitespace, wallet share, customer intelligence

Working experience of bringing to bear business intelligence, data-based decision-making, including Territory Planning

Excellent written, verbal communication, listening and presentation skills. Able to articulate complex ideas and strategies to people at all levels of the organization
