What You'll Do
  • Lead, drive and execute APJC E-Commerce Strategy and business development focusing on public online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Lazada, Shoppe, Compuzone, etc), partner e-stores and Cisco marketplaces (e.g. webex.com)
  • Focus will be on driving SMBs customers buying online and transacting on marketplace
  • You will lead in identifying, onboarding and scaling new markets and/or marketplaces to drive incremental eCommerce growth in APJC
  • You will have to work with cross functional teams from marketing, legal, product sales, channels, distribution, and finance to provide central program office support to drive local execution
  • You will represent the Small Segment eCommerce Sales & Marketing team with global teams to influence portfolio selection, content development, investment requirements, and reporting capabilities
  • You will partner with marketing to build and execute advertising and marketing strategies for online marketplaces and partner eCommerce sites.
  • You will define critical metrics, establish benchmarks, and regularly communicate performance as it relates to eCommerce investments and growth of the eCommerce route-to-market.

Who You Are
  • 10-15 years experience in APJC in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or Channels roles
  • 3-5 experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Routes to Market
  • Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales
  • Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute
  • Able to build and motivate high-functioning remote teams
