What You’ll Do:

You will join the CX Finance organization as a key member of the Cisco’s Managed Services Finance team. As the greater CX organization and CMS business continue their evolution, you will be a key driver of change, alignment, and improvement. This role requires strong collaboration skills, performing full P&L analysis, and completing strategic financial plans. In this role, you will drive margin improvement through oversite and analysis of the CMS Customer P&L process, actively managing profitability across customers. You will be responsible for new offer reporting and managing relationships with the business units and other collaborators. Finally, you will be a trusted advisor during planning activities, deal and offer assurance, and budget development.

Who You’ll Work With:

You will be a member of CMS Finance team and partner closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery, Customer Experience Managers, Product Management, and Operations. The role also has an important level of interaction with various CX Finance teams and other finance organizations.

Who You Are:

You have a background in Finance and Analytics and have performed a variety of Finance and/or accounting roles in your career. You’re a result driven individual with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ideal candidates would have experience with Essbase and Access Database.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree; MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 5 years related experience
  • Proficient with Access database
