Frankelly is part of Cisco's Customer Success organization in the EMEAR Central Theater working primarily with customer adoption for Data Center solutions (i.e. UCS, HyperFlex, Intersight).
His role entails collaborating with success program managers and customer success executives, in conjunction with Cisco accounting teams and sales professionals to ensure customer relationships are driven into full lifecycle - adoption of products, explaining product benefits, best practices, and solution features - provided by Cisco.
Prior to this role, Frankelly was part Cisco's Technical Assistance Center supporting Cisco HyperFlex and UCS platforms with Cisco customers around the world.
He will give us a look into Cisco Intersight™, a cloud operations platform. Cisco Intersight infrastructure services make your job easier on a daily basis. With Intersight infrastructure services, deployment, monitoring, management, and support of physical and virtual infrastructure becomes more streamlined. The infrastructure services component works with Cisco Unified Computing System™ (UCS) servers, HyperFlex™ Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), and third-party devices.
