The Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) is an annual conference for chapters to develop their leadership and professional skills. Regions 1, 2, and 3 are made up of Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

RLDC 1, 2, & 3 will:

• Provide resources in leadership development to support personal and career growth
• Foster a diverse community to leverage our collective strengths, that will empower us to impact our organization and society
• Expose attendees to industries, leaders, and peers, enabling them to create opportunities in their communities

Host chapters for this event are SOLES | SHPE at UCLA, Region 2-At-Large Professionals, SHPE Silicon Valley, Region 1-At-Large Student, and Kansas State University.
